1. Delivery of Orders
Goods can be delivered either to the home address in your account, or to an alternative address that you can specify during the Checkout process.Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Parcel Service or by Courier, depending on the Shipping Method you select during the Checkout process. A signature is required for all Royal Mail and Courier deliveries. If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occassions, be sent in multiple dispatches. 2. Delivery Charges
For all products purchased online, postage and packaging is charged in addition to the prices shown. We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the products ordered. You only pay one delivery charge irrespective of the number of products ordered. When you add products to your Shopping Cart the appropriate postage and packaging charges will be automatically calculated. All delivery charges and options, together with approximate delivery times will be shown clearly throughout the Checkout process. Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e Monday to Friday. Allowance should be made for Public Holidays and a longer lead time for Overseas deliveries. Risk in the products will pass to you on delivery. We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. 3. Unwanted Products Please note that all online sales are final. All products are sold and delivered by Car Care Online on a non-returnable, non-refundable basis. 4. Faulty Products If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price. Simply email us at orders@carcare-online.com with details of the faulty product. We will advise you if the product needs to be returned to us by post. If this is the case, you are advised to return a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge).
